#418590;\"><strong>Arrival\n<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Meet your instructor directly on the beach in front of the\u00a0<strong>Wayfarer Hotel located at 707 Pacific Beach Drive, San Diego CA 92109.\n\n<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>All participants are expected to arrive\u00a0<strong>10 minutes prior<\/strong>\u00a0to the lesson start time.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a No-Show.\n\n<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>No refunds\u00a0<\/strong>will be provided if the participants are more than 10 minutes late, missed their scheduled reservation, or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of the lesson reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #418590;\"><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Surfing lessons must be cancelled 48 hours before your lesson start time\u00a0for a full refund.<\/li>\n \t<li>Reservations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.<\/li>\n \t<li>\u00a0Camp must be cancelled 72 hours prior via email for a full refund (minus a $100 non-refundable deposit per person, per camp)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #418590;\"><strong>Reschedules<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Reservations can be rescheduled within 48 hours Monday &#8211; Thursday for $35 per person. You must email pacificsurf@pacificsurf.<wbr \/>org if you would like to reschedule the lesson. <em>No phone calls will be accepted.\n\n<\/em><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>From June 10th &#8211; September 10th bookings cannot be rescheduled within the 48 hours.\n\n<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li>Camp reschedules MUST be done no later than 72 hours prior to the start of camp.<\/li>\n \t<li>There will be no refunds or reschedules for any changes within 72 hours of the start of camp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #418590;\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Once you hit the sand\u00a0there are no refunds unless lifeguards or your instructor\/s shut down the lesson.<\/li>\n \t<li>\u00a0No refunds will be provided if participants are late, miss their scheduled reservation or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #418590;\"><strong>Lesson Packages<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>\n<div>Lesson Packages cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.\n\n<\/div><\/li>\n \t<li>\n<div>Lesson Packages are non\u00a0transferable to other products.\n\n<\/div><\/li>\n \t<li>\n<div>Packages cannot be split between multiple students.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #418590;\"><strong>Camp<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li>\u00a0Please make sure your child has water, snacks, sunblock, and lunch if they are staying for the full day.<\/li>\n \t<li>Campers must be picked up promptly at the end of camp each day. There is a 5-minute grace period.
